Job Title: Event Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Event Manager to join a prestigious and well-established organization in Ajman, UAE. Our client is a leader in the industry, known for delivering exceptional and memorable events. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for event planning and execution, with a proven track record of managing large-scale events from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute various events, including corporate functions, exhibitions, conferences, and social events.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their event objectives and ensure all details are meticulously planned and executed.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event logistics.
• Oversee on-site event management, including setup, execution, and post-event breakdown.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all event phases.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to events.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of event management experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale events with a portfolio of successful projects.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for high-quality events.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
