Job Title: Male Housekeeping Attendant – Resort

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Male Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at a prestigious resort in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in guest rooms and public areas, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors.

Key Responsibilities

🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.

• Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and resort facilities.

• Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and inspected according to hospitality standards.

🔧 Equipment & Inventory Management

• Protect and maintain housekeeping equipment to prevent damage or inadequacies.

• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and consumables as needed.

🛎 Guest Interaction & Requests

• Address guest complaints and requests professionally and efficiently.

• Respect guest privacy, including knowledge of Do Not Disturb (DND) protocols.

⚠ Health & Safety Compliance

• Follow strict health and safety guidelines in housekeeping operations.

• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Experience: 6 months – 1 year of prior housekeeping experience preferred.
✔ Skills:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

• Customer-friendly with a positive and professional attitude.
  ✔ Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  ✔ Language: Basic knowledge of English required.
