Job Description:

Chalhoub Group, the leading luxury retail partner in the Middle East, is seeking a dynamic Fashion Consultant for Farm Rio in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about luxury fashion, client engagement, and delivering exceptional retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while providing a superior customer experience.

• Analyze customer behavior, top sellers, and slow-moving items to enhance sales strategies.

• Build and maintain client relationships across multiple channels.

• Provide insights and pre-buying feedback on products to improve the collection.

• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and operational SOPs.

• Manage click-and-collect orders within set service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Accurately capture customer data and promote the MUSE loyalty program.

• Support in-store marketing events and activations to drive engagement.

• Stay updated on brand social media activities and fashion trends.

• Contribute to in-store customer experience (CX) initiatives and suggest improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory).

• Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion is required.

• Strong sales, communication, and client engagement skills.

• Passion for fashion trends and luxury brand experiences.
