Oxinus Holdings, a leading tech company specializing in Fintech, F&B, and mobile technology solutions, is looking for an experienced Product Lead to drive the development of innovative payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product and project management, payments, and SaaS solutions, leading cross-functional teams to create impactful products. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Product Management: Define business and product requirements for payment gateways and solutions. Act as a Product Owner for the development team, ensuring efficient execution and delivery.
📌 Project Leadership: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business and technical constraints to exceed stakeholder expectations.
📌 Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Operations, and other departments to secure buy-in and align product strategies.
📌 Payments Product Ownership: Conduct research on customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings, prioritizing product vision and incremental improvements for existing payment gateways.

Who You Are:

✔ 4+ years of product management experience (with 6+ years in SaaS payments or a related field).
✔ Strong expertise in payment analytics and the ability to assess revenue impact.
✔ Proven experience working with executive-level stakeholders and clients.
✔ Track record of delivering successful payment-related products (vision, strategy, roadmaps, and product backlog management).
✔ Experience in transaction revenue models, payment ecosystems, and foundational payment systems.
✔ Hospitality industry experience (hotels/restaurants) is a plus but not required.
✔ A proactive problem-solver who embraces innovation and continuously seeks improvements.
✔ Open-minded and flexible in testing new approaches and leveraging failures for success.
