Entrepreneurs.com, a company specializing in business development and professional coaching, is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join their team in Dubai or Geneva. The IT Manager will be responsible for structuring, developing, and maintaining the company’s IT systems, ensuring operational efficiency through automation, AI integration, cybersecurity, and advanced IT support. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary (€50K – €80K per year) and hybrid work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 IT Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and evolution of IT infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity measures.
📌 Process Optimization & Automation: Analyze and enhance internal processes using AI-driven automation solutions.
📌 Software & Technology Selection: Conduct due diligence and implement the most suitable software and technology solutions.
📌 Advanced IT Support: Provide Level 2 & Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues.
📌 Security & Compliance: Develop and implement IT security protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.
📌 Employee Training & Support: Train and assist employees in optimizing IT tools for maximum efficiency.
📌 Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to anticipate and fulfill their technology needs.

Who You Are:

✔ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ 5+ years of experience in IT, preferably in an IT service company (SSII).
✔ Expertise in IT support (Level 2 & Level 3), automation, and AI integration.
✔ Proven experience in IT project management and infrastructure deployment.
✔ Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and software due diligence.
✔ Fluent in French & English (spoken and written).
✔ Organized, autonomous, and pragmatic problem-solver with strong interpersonal and training skills.
