Job Description:
An established and expanding Property Management company is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and manage the Sales and Client Support teams. This role is responsible for driving sales conversions, optimizing property onboarding processes, and ensuring seamless client interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales strategy execution experience, and expertise in property management to achieve growth targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Department:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Associates, ensuring high performance and goal achievement.
- Oversee sales forecasting and property onboarding milestones, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Review and approve contracts before client signings and ensure smooth handovers.
- Implement sales strategies and policies to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Provide real-time data and progress updates to optimize property sales and rentals.
- Develop and implement structured processes for onboarding properties.
- Play a key role in large sales signing projects and business expansion.
- Guide the team in preparing booking contracts for long-term stays and ensure proper contract documentation.
Client Support Department:
- Oversee client interactions via email and phone, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Monitor responses to queries, owner statements, earnings reports, and booking inquiries.
- Ensure essential property maintenance is coordinated efficiently across departments.
- Guide the team on bill payments, service charges, renewals, and cancellations for property owners.
- Provide real-time insights and advice on owner listings and bookings.
- Ensure smooth handover of properties back to owners when required.

Requirements:
- 10-15 years of sales experience, with a strong background in real estate or property management.
