Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect or Lead Technical Architect to join a prestigious architectural consultancy in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in technical detailing, construction documentation, and Revit proficiency, ensuring high-quality and compliant architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to the architectural team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, constructible designs.
• Develop detailed construction drawings and technical documentation using Revit at an expert level.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with MEP, structural, and other consultants for seamless project execution.
• Conduct quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in project documentation.
• Offer technical guidance to site teams, addressing construction-phase challenges.
• Mentor junior architects and technical staff, enhancing their technical expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 10-15 years of architectural experience with strong technical expertise.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, with a strong portfolio in technical detailing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in BIM management and large-scale projects is an advantage.
