Job Title: Construction Project Manager – Arabic Speaker

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with a strong background in project execution, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with UAE construction regulations.
  • Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards on-site.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Must be an Arabic speaker.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, permits, and regulations.
  • Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
💰 Salary: AED 18,000 to 25,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
