Job Title: HR Manager – Luxury Retail

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a leading luxury retail group in Dubai, UAE. This role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and experience in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, from screening to onboarding.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees, management, and recruitment agencies.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance review programs.
• Maintain HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary: Up to 18K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience.
