Payments Recovery Officer | Full-Time | Dubai

Job Overview:

Guildhall is representing a leading real estate developer in Dubai, seeking an experienced Payments Recovery Officer to track, manage, and recover overdue payments while maintaining strong client relationships. If you have a background in collections & recoveries within real estate, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Monitor & Recover Payments: Ensure timely follow-ups & collections from clients.
✔ Strategy Development: Implement effective recovery & collection strategies while maintaining professionalism.
✔ Negotiation & Dispute Resolution: Facilitate successful payment agreements.
✔ Record Management: Maintain accurate collections records & payment arrangements.
✔ Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address client concerns & improve collection processes.
✔ CRM Utilization: Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud for tracking & client management.

Candidate Requirements:

🔹 5+ years of experience in recoveries or collections (real estate industry preferred).
🔹 Strong negotiation, communication & dispute resolution skills.
🔹 Excellent email writing & client relationship management abilities.
🔹 Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
🔹 Currently based in the UAE.
