Talabat is seeking an Area Operations Specialist to support the tMart grocery service, ensuring smooth end-to-end operations, inventory management, expense control, and process optimization. The role involves monitoring store operations, supervising inventory processes, tracking key performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Operations Management – Oversee store operations, ensuring compliance with inventory processes, property management, and operational standards.
📌 Inventory Control – Monitor stock-in and stock-out processes, shrinkage, expiry control, and product quality.
📌 Performance Tracking – Analyze order fulfillment, KPIs, and staff availability to optimize efficiency.
📌 Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with IT, Logistics, Marketing, and HR teams to streamline store processes.
📌 Expense Control – Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational effectiveness.
📌 Compliance & Store Audits – Conduct regular store visits and ensure adherence to company SOPs and legal requirements.
📌 Training & Development – Support employee training, engagement, and system updates.
📌 Logistics Support – Manage store transfers, consumables distribution, and invoice collection.

Job Requirements:

📌 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
📌 Experience in operations, logistics, or retail industry.
📌 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and store management tools.
📌 Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
