Senior Property Consultant | Full-Time

Job Overview:

F&C Properties is looking for experienced and driven Senior Property Consultants to specialize in off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai. This role requires professionals who can build strong client relationships, close high-value deals, and stay updated with market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Build and manage a portfolio of clients for off-plan and secondary market properties.
✔ Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential leads and investment opportunities.
✔ Advise clients on real estate investments, financial considerations, and market trends.
✔ Manage property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes.
✔ Establish and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, and industry professionals.
✔ Stay updated on real estate regulations and Dubai’s market conditions.
✔ Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Candidate Requirements:

🔹 Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate role.
🔹 Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan and secondary property market.
🔹 Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
🔹 Ability to work independently and within a team.
🔹 Goal-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
🔹 UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required).
