Job Overview:

Chalhoub Group is looking for an experienced Brand Trainer – Luxury Fashion to lead product training, enhance customer experiences, and drive brand awareness across its retail teams. As a Brand Trainer, you will develop and deliver exceptional training programs, ensuring store teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to represent the brand at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Training & Development: Conduct training needs analysis, develop brand-specific materials, and execute a yearly training calendar.
✅ Product Expertise: Stay updated on new collections, industry trends, and seasonal brand messages to enhance product knowledge.
✅ Digital Learning: Utilize the Group’s digital tools to deliver innovative and interactive training sessions.
✅ In-Store Coaching: Provide on-the-job learning, monitor performance, and analyze training data to identify knowledge gaps.
✅ Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at both internal and external events, ensuring brand excellence in every interaction.
✅ Collaboration & Innovation: Work with the L&D team to enhance training materials and recommend new learning approaches.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔ Passion for luxury fashion, client engagement, and styling.
✔ Retail experience in a luxury fashion brand with a strong focus on customer service.
✔ Experience in in-store training, coaching, or brand presentations.
✔ Fluency in Arabic & English is mandatory for this role.
✔ Willingness to travel across the Middle East for training sessions.
