Job Overview:

A leading international consultancy is seeking a Senior Associate – Interior Design to spearhead high-end commercial, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects in Dubai. This is an exciting leadership role where you will drive innovation, mentor junior designers, and deliver luxury interior design solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead High-Profile Projects: Oversee the design and execution of prestigious interior projects from concept to completion.
✅ Design Development: Create mood boards, material palettes, sketches, and 3D visualizations to present compelling concepts.
✅ Project Management: Manage space planning, FF&E specifications, and construction drawings while ensuring design integrity.
✅ Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers, promote creativity, and establish best practices in the Interior Design department.
✅ Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with developers, consultants, and contractors to deliver world-class solutions.
✅ Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the firm’s design portfolio.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔ Degree in Interior Design/Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
✔ 10+ years of experience in luxury interior design, with 5+ years in the UAE, working with top-tier developers.
✔ Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
✔ Strong communication & leadership skills, with a results-driven mindset.
✔ Passion for innovation, industry trends, and cutting-edge design technologies.
