Welding Safety Specialist | Full-Time

Overview

We are seeking a Welding Safety Specialist with strong welding expertise and product knowledge to conduct customer demonstrations and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills, relationship-building abilities, and a commitment to safety standards. This role involves hands-on welding demonstrations, customer engagement, and business development to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct live welding demonstrations for customers, showcasing product performance and safety protocols.
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product adoption among end-users.
✅ Identify potential business opportunities, including new accounts and partnerships.
✅ Maintain strong client relationships by providing technical expertise and exceptional service.
✅ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
✅ Submit weekly sales and performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
✅ Perform at least five self-initiated product demonstrations per week in addition to client-lead demos.
✅ Upsell and cross-sell welding products based on customer needs.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE during demonstrations.
✅ Maintain clean and presentable product samples for demonstrations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔ 5+ years of experience in welding or selling welding equipment.
✔ Certified welding specialist (preferred).
✔ Strong presentation, communication, and persuasion skills.
✔ Ability to identify and engage target customers effectively.
✔ English proficiency preferred.
✔ Valid driver’s license is required.
