Trip.com Group, a leading global travel service provider, is looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue growth for the Virtual Commercial Card (VCC) sector in the Middle East. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, developing new markets, maintaining client relationships, and optimizing product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for Virtual Commercial Card (VCC) in the region.
🔹 Oversee the full sales cycle – from planning and identifying opportunities to closing deals and managing long-term relationships.
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product performance and user experience.
🔹 Gather and incorporate customer feedback for continuous product and service improvements.
🔹 Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews with clients.
🔹 Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, operational requirements, and compliance regulations.
🔹 Work independently as a key contributor to sales and business development.

Key Requirements:

✅ 5+ years of experience in Virtual Commercial Card (VCC) sales within the B2B or B2B2C sector.
✅ Experience in travel management or eCommerce-related industries is a plus.
✅ Strong understanding of sales metrics, business development, and revenue growth strategies.
✅ Excellent logical thinking, analytical, execution, and communication skills.
✅ Sound compliance awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements.
✅ Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
✅ Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
