We are looking for experienced and highly skilled Motorsports Mechanics to join our team. If you have a passion for racing and drift cars, engine assembly, and high-performance vehicle maintenance, this is your opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic motorsports environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engine Assembly & Maintenance: Assemble, disassemble, and rebuild high-performance engines for racing and drift applications.

• Vehicle Diagnostics & Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on race-ready vehicles.

• Event Support: Provide on-site technical support at drift and motorsports events, ensuring peak performance under extreme conditions.

• Performance Optimization: Work closely with engineers and drivers to fine-tune vehicle setups for optimal track performance.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly, especially under high-pressure racing conditions.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed service records and vehicle performance logs.

• Compliance & Safety: Follow motorsports safety regulations and best practices at all times.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging motorsports technologies and industry advancements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic (motorsports & drift experience preferred).

• Expertise in engine assembly, diagnostics, and performance tuning.

• Previous experience working with racing or drift cars is highly desirable.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

• Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.

• Relevant technical certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in supporting drift events and setting up drift-specific vehicles.

• Knowledge of data logging systems and vehicle telemetry.

• Experience with suspension tuning, tire management, and alignment for racing and drifting.

• Familiarity with motorsports regulations and safety standards.
