Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Engineer to support the expansion of Eaton’s Data Center White Space portfolio in the Middle East. You will be responsible for developing key customer relationships, driving sales, and implementing strategic business initiatives to grow Eaton’s presence in the data center industry.
Key Responsibilities

Account & Territory Management: Manage a portfolio of key Data Center accounts and oversee a dedicated geographical territory.

Business Development: Identify and engage end-users, consultants, contractors, and value-added resellers to promote Eaton’s White Space solutions.

Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement route-to-market strategies to maximize sales across different channels.

CRM & Opportunity Tracking: Utilize Eaton’s CRM system to track sales opportunities and manage customer interactions.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Pricing Teams to drive project execution and deployments.

Market Analysis: Conduct Win/Loss analyses, provide market feedback, and assess competitive positioning to enhance Eaton’s offerings.

Forecasting & Reporting: Contribute to product and financial forecasts and maintain detailed sales reports.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Engineering or similar).

6-7 years of experience in sales support, business development, or IT infrastructure roles, preferably in the Data Center or IT industry.
Technical & Business Skills
-
In-depth knowledge of Data Center White Space solutions and IT infrastructure.

Strong sales and business development skills in an international environment.

Ability to manage complex sales cycles and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in CRM tools, market analysis, and sales reporting.

Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage key decision-makers.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
