This role involves client relationship management, strategy planning, service delivery, business development, and leadership in a fast-paced, 24/7 payment industry environment.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, building trust-based relationships.
🔹 Account Strategy: Develop and execute strategic Success Plans aligned with client goals.
🔹 Service Delivery: Ensure on-time and high-quality solution delivery, addressing client feedback effectively.

Key Requirements:
✅ 8-10 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a related role.
✅ Previous experience in the payments industry and managing enterprise stakeholders.
✅ Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment with a fast-paced, agile mindset.
✅ Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
✅ Excellent negotiation, analytical, and time management skills.
