Antal International, a leading global recruitment firm, is hiring a Recruitment Consultant in Dubai. This is a 360-degree recruitment role, involving business development and recruitment delivery to meet monthly targets and maintain a healthy pipeline of job orders. The role requires strong sales, negotiation, and candidate management skills to drive recruitment success.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify new qualified leads via CRM, social media, job boards, referrals, and market intelligence.

• Convert qualified leads into clients through calls, meetings, and candidate presentations.

• Maintain close contact with existing and potential clients to secure new recruitment opportunities.

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry for a steady business flow.

Recruitment & Delivery:

• Source candidates using databases, job boards, social media, and targeted headhunting.

• Screen and interview candidates, ensuring at least 95% alignment with client requirements.

• Present a shortlist of top candidates to clients and manage the entire interview process.

• Drive successful monthly and quarterly placements to meet revenue targets.
