Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and analytical Venture Capital Analyst to join our team. As a VC Analyst at LearnwithFaiz, you will play an essential role in identifying, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities while supporting the management of portfolio companies. You will work closely with the Managing Director and the rest of the investment team, gaining hands-on experience in venture investing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Sourcing & Analysis: Identify high-potential startups, conduct market research, and evaluate business models and investment opportunities.
• Due Diligence: Perform detailed financial analysis and competitive research to assess startup viability.
• Investment Execution: Assist in the deal process, including preparing term sheets, facilitating negotiations, and supporting the closing process.
• Portfolio Management: Collaborate with portfolio companies to provide operational and strategic guidance, ensuring their growth and success.
• Incubation Support: Contribute to the development of new ventures within our firm’s incubation ecosystem, helping shape the future of early-stage companies.
