Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with extensive experience in the construction field to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial statements. This position is ideal for someone with strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and manage budgets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements, reflecting the company’s financial position.
• Maintain thorough records of all financial transactions, ensuring accurate documentation of sales and expenses.
• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets to meet the company’s financial objectives and goals.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the company’s financial records comply with applicable regulations and are free of discrepancies.
• Analyze financial data using financial ratios and trend analysis to identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies.
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with UAE regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, specifically in the construction industry within the UAE.
• Valid UAE residency and driving license.
• Proficiency in financial accounting software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and a deep understanding of financial regulations.
