Job Title: HR Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing retail group in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete recruitment process, manage employee relations, and ensure the smooth operation of HR activities within the organization. As an HR Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for employees, manage compensation and benefits programs, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment process, from screening candidates to onboarding new employees.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, management, and recruitment agencies on HR-related matters, performance reviews, and interviews.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, bonuses, incentives, and health benefits.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and all HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Monitor and manage employee performance and relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Requirements:

• Open to all nationalities from Luxury Retail; 40 years old and below.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor laws and HR practices, with experience in the retail industry.

Salary:

• Up to 18,000 AED per month, all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications.
