Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our dynamic Finance & Accounting team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong academic background in accounting or finance, even without prior work experience. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in assisting with financial record-keeping, reporting, and analysis, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage vendor accounts and prepare payments related to vendors.
• Perform accurate financial data entry and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
• Assist with monthly VAT computations and returns.
• Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
