Key Responsibilities

📌 Guest Experience & Check-In/Out

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.

• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.

• Provide guests with detailed information about hotel services, accommodations, and local attractions.

📌 Front Desk & Customer Service

• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests.

• Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Coordinate with other hotel departments for a seamless guest experience.

📌 Operations & Administration

• Maintain accurate guest records using hotel management software (Opera preferred).

• Assist with billing, payments, and front desk operations.

• Manage phone calls and provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

✅ Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
✅ Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude.
✅ Language: Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
✅ Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with hotel management systems (Opera preferred).
✅ Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
✅ Personality: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues professionally.

Salary & Benefits

💰 Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
