Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee daily warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring operational efficiency to meet company standards. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and hands-on commitment to achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management:

• Ensure efficient receiving, dispatching, and quality control of goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize storage areas.

• Track and report warehouse performance metrics to improve productivity.

• Implement best practices for warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.

✅ Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.

• Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and train employees on warehouse procedures.

• Communicate effectively with other departments to streamline operations.

✅ Compliance & Customer Satisfaction:

• Ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations in line with company policies.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to warehouse activities.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Proficiency in warehouse software and MS Office.
✔ Ability to analyze data, optimize storage, and streamline workflows.
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
✔ Based in Dubai, UAE (preferred).
