Emirates Group IT is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead (dnata) to join its cutting-edge technology team. This role is responsible for leading agile teams, driving technology solutions, and enhancing customer experiences. The Agile Delivery Lead will act as a Scrum Master, ensuring efficient delivery of business value, managing agile processes, and promoting high performance within multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule user stories from the backlog to the Sprint plan for timely delivery.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).

• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to optimize workflow.

• Guide teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and enhance their maturity.

• Collaborate with Technical Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog.

• Support business expectation management and ensure transparency in delivery.

• Define and champion Agile process improvements for continuous optimization.

• Ensure Acceptance Criteria & Definition of Done (DOD) are followed.

• Maintain agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, ScrumDesk).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 3+ years of Scrum management experience.

• 5+ years in IT Agile Delivery within small to medium technology change programs.

• Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.

• Excellent communication skills, fostering openness, honesty, and collaboration.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing Agile projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing IT portfolios, budgets, and supplier obligations.

• Ability to lead end-to-end RFT/RFI processes from ideation to execution.
