Chalhoub Group, a leader in luxury retail and distribution in the Middle East, is seeking a Specialist – Business Improvement – Fulfillment to analyze and optimize warehousing processes. The role focuses on efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in warehouse operations through Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze warehousing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Conduct workflow analysis, time and motion studies, and root cause analysis.

• Ensure compliance with operational and quality standards, recommending corrective actions.

• Support sustainability initiatives through research and best practice implementation.

• Research and recommend new products, tools, and technologies for process enhancement.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize warehouse operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain (preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or process improvement.

• Strong data analysis skills and ability to identify root causes of inefficiencies.

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to implement improvement strategies.
