We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in a fast-paced facility management environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, analytical mindset, and leadership abilities to optimize financial performance, ensure compliance, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business objectives.

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.

• Ensure regulatory compliance with local and international financial standards.

• Prepare detailed financial reports to provide insights into company performance.

• Monitor cash flow, risk management, and financial controls for sustainable growth.

• Conduct financial audits and implement process improvements.

• Collaborate with department heads to drive data-driven financial decision-making.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CMA, CPA preferred).

• 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in facility management or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices.

• Expertise in financial modeling, analytics, and reporting (advanced Excel skills required).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Proven leadership abilities in managing finance teams and driving process improvements.

• Critical thinking and strategic planning skills to optimize financial operations.
