FFMW is looking for a Digital Content Manager with expertise in CMS architecture, content modeling, SEO, and multilingual content strategy. The role involves managing and optimizing content across web, app, and chatbot platforms, ensuring seamless translation and efficiency in content workflows. The candidate should have strong technical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

CMS Architecture & Content Models:

• Maintain and refine content architecture to meet strategic objectives.

• Optimize CMS (Contentful) for improved content delivery across platforms.

• Develop content model maps to enhance CMS configuration and deployment.

• Work with UX, SEO teams, developers, and stakeholders to identify content risks and improvements.

• Support API integrations for enhanced content delivery.

• Manage CMS housekeeping, user guides, and best practices.

Content Creation & Management:

• Build relationships with content owners and editors for an efficient content flow.

• Manage and update content across web, app, and chatbot platforms in English and Arabic.

• Ensure content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and user experience standards.

• Oversee content production, proofreading, translation, and approval processes.

• Optimize workflows for content gathering, approvals, and publishing.

User Experience & Content Strategy:

• Develop platform-specific content strategies for optimal engagement.

• Implement HTML and CSS changes to customize layouts and styling.

• Enhance SEO practices to improve search visibility and user engagement.

• Ensure metadata optimization for improved content performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (Contentful preferred).

• Fluency in Arabic (reading and writing) for accurate translation management.

• Strong knowledge of content architecture, SEO, and content strategy.

• Experience in content modeling and API integrations.

• Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and process-driven.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
