Key Responsibilities:

• Filming: Set up and operate professional cameras for podcasts and on-site video shoots.

• File Management: Organize and transfer footage promptly to the editing team.

• Podcast Production: Assist in podcast and video production, ensuring high-quality output.

• Lighting & Setup: Manage lighting setups, particularly for podcast studios.

• Light Digital Marketing: Handle minor digital marketing tasks, such as client onboarding and social media setup.

• Communication: Coordinate with remote teams for seamless workflow and content delivery.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Location: Based in Dubai and fluent in English for effective communication.
✔ Technical Skills: Experience operating professional cameras in studio and on-site environments.
✔ Organization: Strong file management skills to ensure timely content delivery.
✔ Editing Skills: Basic video editing knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
✔ Digital Savvy: Quick learner, capable of handling client onboarding and digital marketing tasks.
✔ Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is a plus; company car provided if applicable.
✔ Work Ethic: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
