Position: Oncologist

💰 Salary: AED 45,000 – 95,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oncologist to join our prestigious medical team in Dubai. This role involves diagnosing and treating cancer patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide the highest standard of oncology care. The ideal candidate will also contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Diagnosis & Treatment: Perform comprehensive cancer evaluations using imaging and laboratory tests.
✅ Treatment Planning: Develop individualized chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation therapy plans.
✅ Patient Monitoring: Track progress and adjust treatment as needed for optimal outcomes.
✅ Patient Support: Offer emotional guidance to patients and families, addressing concerns and questions.
✅ Collaboration: Work alongside surgeons, radiologists, and nurses to coordinate holistic cancer care.
✅ Research & Development: Participate in tumor board meetings and contribute to oncology research.
✅ Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in oncology treatments and technology.

Requirements:

🎓 Education: Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with a specialization in Oncology.
📜 Certification: Board Certification in Medical Oncology (preferred).
📅 Experience: Proven expertise in diagnosing and treating various types of cancer.
🗣 Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
💙 Empathy & Support: Ability to provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients.
⚕️ Medical Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest oncology treatments, therapies, and technologies.
