Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee hiring, employee management, and HR operations. This role will be instrumental in negotiating salaries, processing work visas, and streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.

• Negotiate salaries within budget while ensuring competitive compensation.

• Guide employees through visa processing and compliance with local labor laws.

• Manage payroll, employee benefits, and performance evaluations.

• Organize training programs, team events, and professional development opportunities.

• Maintain employee records and improve HR systems for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dubai.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, operations, or administration.
