Sener is expanding rapidly in the Middle East & Africa (MEA) and is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead its regional strategy. This role involves developing and executing BD strategies, managing key relationships, and driving revenue growth across Sener’s operations in transportation, rail, and metro sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive BD strategy for MEA.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.

• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.

• Lead a BD team and collaborate with regional leadership to ensure alignment with Sener’s growth plans.

• Pitch and present Sener’s services to potential clients regularly.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead.

Job Requirements:

• 15+ years of BD experience in the transportation, rail, or metro sector.

• Strong network in the Middle East with proven client relationship management skills.

• Strategic mindset with excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
