A luxury Interior Design & Fitout company in Abu Dhabi is hiring an FF&E Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing and procurement of high-end furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for luxury villa projects in the UAE. The role involves vendor sourcing, budgeting, mood board creation, and client collaboration, ensuring premium quality and design consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain FF&E mood boards and presentation materials.

• Source and procure luxury FF&E items from local and international suppliers.

• Ensure accurate documentation of all FF&E items for procurement and installation.

• Assist senior designers in client meetings and presentations.

• Research and recommend furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with project aesthetics and functionality.

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring budget compliance and timely deliveries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in FF&E procurement for luxury residential projects in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of FF&E specifications, materials, and local suppliers.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines.

• Experience working with high-net-worth clients on luxury villa projects.

• Familiarity with sustainable materials and practices is a plus.
