BEYOND Developments is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and execute complex real estate projects in Dubai. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and financial management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risk strategies.

• Oversee real estate projects from design to completion, ensuring timeline adherence.

• Manage project budgets and review invoices, financial documents, and cost controls.

• Identify and mitigate risks to prevent project delays or cost overruns.

• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring performance and timely execution.

• Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.

• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).

• 7-10 years of experience in real estate project management, with a track record in large-scale developments.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract negotiations, and design-build projects.

• Expertise in project management software (MS Project, Procore, or similar tools).

• PMP, LEED, or equivalent certifications preferred.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a detail-oriented approach.
