Knight Frank is hiring a Senior Manager for its Global Capital Markets team, focusing on high-profile real estate transactions across multiple regions. This role will provide deal support for both buy and sell-side transactions, with a focus on the KSA market. The Senior Manager will assist with cash flow modeling, investment analysis, and maintaining relationships with investors across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior team members on various international real estate transactions.

• Create detailed cash flow models using MS Excel.

• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and documents.

• Construct data rooms and review lease agreements.

• Develop cash flow projections and assist with investment analysis.

• Build and maintain relationships with key GCC investors.

• Manage deal and capital trackers, and prepare market reports.

• Work with research teams to prepare presentations and research documents.

• Provide guidance to clients and refer business leads within the Knight Frank network.

• Perform additional tasks delegated by the Partner in charge.

• Periodic travel to KSA, occurring once or twice a month.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong academic background, with fluent English (Arabic is a plus).

• Excellent financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

• Existing professional network in the real estate sector is desirable.

• Strong report writing and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible to work across different time zones and schedules.
