DG Homes Real Estate Broker LLC is seeking a Front of House (FOH) / Admin professional to manage daily operations efficiently and ensure a seamless office experience. This role requires an organized, proactive, and energetic individual with strong administrative skills to support the team in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Reception & Client Interaction: Greet and assist visitors professionally, ensuring a welcoming office atmosphere.
✅ Office Administration: Manage deliveries, shipments, office supplies, and inventory.
✅ Calendar & Event Coordination: Schedule meetings, book rooms, and assist with event organization.
✅ Communication Management: Handle calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the relevant team members.
✅ Office Maintenance: Keep the front-of-house and common areas clean and organized.
✅ General Support: Assist with day-to-day office tasks and provide administrative support to the Office Manager.

Requirements:

📌 Experience: Minimum 1 year in Dubai in an administrative or front-desk role.
📌 Languages: Fluent English is mandatory. German or Russian is a plus.
📌 Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
📌 Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Workspace and office tools.
📌 Personality: Positive, energetic, and professional with a client-focused approach.
📌 Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (without a notice period).
