TruKKer, a leading Logitech startup in the EMEA region, is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to oversee taxation across the GCC region. This role requires expertise in tax compliance, financial reporting, tax planning, and audit management, ensuring compliance with GCC tax laws and optimizing tax strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate VAT, corporate tax, and other filings across the GCC, liaise with tax authorities, and manage audits.
✔ Tax Planning & Strategy: Develop tax optimization strategies, mitigate risks, and advise management on tax implications.
✔ Financial Reporting: Oversee IFRS-compliant financial statements, audits, and reporting processes.
✔ Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with finance teams to analyze financial performance and prepare forecasts.
✔ Process Improvement: Implement automation tools and streamline tax/finance reporting processes.
✔ Team Leadership: Mentor finance and tax professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
✔ Advisory & Support: Provide tax advisory support for business transactions, M&A, and strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA preferred).
📅 6-10 years of experience in taxation and financial reporting, preferably in logistics or related industries.
📌 Strong knowledge of GCC tax laws, IFRS standards, and financial reporting.
📊 Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
🤝 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
