AEON Commercial Broker LLC is hiring Senior Relationship Officers / Relationship Officers to manage and nurture business relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement client relationship strategies

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Conduct financial analysis to support tailored solutions

• Ensure client satisfaction and meet financial needs

• Work closely with the finance team to provide financial solutions

• Maintain a high level of customer service and communication

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Experience in Business Relationship Management & Sales
✔ Strong knowledge of Finance & Banking services
✔ Excellent communication & customer service skills
✔ Strong problem-solving & analytical abilities
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
✔ Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
