We are seeking a Project Specialist to manage a portfolio of strategic projects from inception to implementation, ensuring smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. This full-time role is based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop market strategies in consultation with dnata executives, identifying priority customer segments and success indicators.

• Manage multiple business projects across the Emirates Group, ensuring compliance with PMO standards and corporate guidelines.

• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.

• Influence and build relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives.

• Provide insights and best practices to drive business process improvements.

• Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth project adoption.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions.

• Deliver performance reports on strategic project portfolios to support management decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of experience in project management, business improvement, management consultancy, or technology.

• Ability to analyze organizational issues and manage cross-business dependencies.

• Strong stakeholder facilitation and influencing skills, including engagement with senior executives.

• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, budgeting, business case development, and cost control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE 2 Practitioner certification preferred.

• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

• Experience in airport operations or related environments is beneficial.
