Job Title: HR Business Partner 

Job Description:

A leading Industrial Manufacturing company in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support business strategy, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align HR strategies with business objectives to drive growth and operational success.

  • Ensure compliance with global HR standards and UAE labor laws.

  • Develop and implement employee relations programs to improve retention, satisfaction, and productivity.

  • Identify and support talent development initiatives to nurture future leaders.

  • Collaborate with senior management to optimize organizational structure and workforce planning.

  • Assist in manpower cost management and headcount planning in coordination with payroll.

  • Drive corporate culture by promoting modern HR practices and engagement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently based in UAE.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

  • 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5-7 years in an HR Business Partner role.

  • Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR functions with corporate goals.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
