Amazon’s Operations team ensures efficient order fulfillment and delivery. The Network Losses Program Manager will collaborate with Operations and Central NL teams to identify gaps and implement strategies to minimize operational losses. This role involves tech enablement, process optimization, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Implement tech-driven solutions & standardize loss management metrics.
✅ Analyze deviations in processes & develop strategies to reduce losses.
✅ Collaborate with Operations & Central NL teams to improve efficiency.
✅ Break down loss categories & track performance using data-driven insights.
✅ Represent Operations NL losses in weekly/monthly business reviews.
✅ Report progress, challenges & loss reduction initiatives to senior management.
✅ Adapt best practices from global markets to the UAE region.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
✔ 3+ years of experience in program/project management.
✔ 3+ years of experience working with both tech & non-tech teams.
✔ Process improvement expertise using data & metrics.
✔ Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) & SQL knowledge.
✔ Ability to define program requirements & drive operational improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Experience in stakeholder management & process optimization.
✔ 3+ years of end-to-end project delivery experience, including senior leadership reporting.
✔ Strong background in building processes & project scheduling.
