The role involves client relationship management, property marketing, negotiations, and staying updated on Dubai’s real estate trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations – Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored real estate solutions.
Property Listings – Source, list, and market properties with accurate and appealing representation.
Market Expertise – Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market, regulations, and trends.
Negotiations – Assist clients in property transactions, contracts, and deal closures.
Marketing & Networking – Execute strategic marketing plans and attend industry events.
Administrative Tasks – Ensure timely and accurate documentation and contract processing.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE real estate.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
✔ Strong negotiation and closing skills.
✔ In-depth market knowledge of Dubai’s real estate sector.
Tech-savvy, proficient in CRM systems, property portals, and social media marketing.
✔ Established network in the real estate industry or the ability to build one.
