We are launching BOLI, the UAE’s first online property auction platform, and are seeking a Business Development Executive to play a key role in its growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development and lead generation for BOLI.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships within the real estate sector.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the auction platform.

• Manage client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and business strategy.

Requirements:

✅ Experience in a Dubai-based real estate developer or property portal (relationship/account management role).
✅ Strong expertise in business development, lead generation, and client relations.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Fluency in English (Russian or Arabic is a plus).
