Job Description:

KTC International, a leading company in Parking Automation, Traffic Solutions, Construction, and Landscaping, is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of UAE experience in civil engineering, with expertise in project specifications, documentation, NOC processing, and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and contract documentation to determine engineering requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and sketches to draftsmen for the timely preparation of shop drawings while ensuring compliance with project standards.

• Review and process Trial Trench NOCs and Construction NOCs via online portals such as RTA, DEWA, and Dubai Municipality (DM).

• Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, and authorities to facilitate project approvals and completion certificates.

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to provide regular status updates and technical recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with construction processes, technical submissions, and project execution plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

• 8-10 years of UAE experience in construction, traffic solutions, or infrastructure projects.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Outlook, and MS Office.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE authority portals (RTA, DEWA, DM) and NOC processing.

• Excellent numerical accuracy, analytical skills, and communication abilities.

• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
