Job Title: Production Manager 

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Production Management:

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring strong technical and leadership competencies.
• Optimize production workflows to enhance performance and reduce operational bottlenecks.

🔹 Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Manage QA & QC processes to minimize rework and reject rates.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, fostering a strong safety culture.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

🔹 Resource & Asset Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize production costs.
• Oversee maintenance of company assets to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Educational & Professional Requirements:

• University Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Ready-Mix Industry within the GCC region.

🛠 Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMX) production operations.
• Experience in QA/QC processes, production planning, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.

🤝 Leadership & Behavioral Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

🚗 Other Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driver’s License is a must.
