DEC Dynamic Design Studio L.L.C is seeking an experienced Senior Site Architect to join their team immediately in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee architectural aspects of construction sites, ensuring design accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee architectural work on construction sites, ensuring design compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site personnel for smooth project execution.
• Review and approve construction drawings and site plans.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and address design-related issues during construction.
• Monitor project progress and report delays or concerns to the project manager.
• Manage and mentor junior architects and site staff.
• Ensure quality control of materials and construction methods.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 7-10 years of experience in site architecture or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and construction regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple site projects simultaneously.
