GROUPE RHINOS, a fast-growing French marketing agency in Dubai, is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies for both internal projects and client campaigns. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for digital and offline marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for internal and client campaigns.
• Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and promotional assets.
• Analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
• Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored marketing solutions.

Profile & Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Proven experience in marketing or a similar role within a marketing agency or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience in market research, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with teams.

Job Type & Salary:

• Full-time position
• Salary Range: AED 8,000 – AED 15,000 per month
