Huhtamaki, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions, is seeking a Senior Costing Specialist to support cost management and financial planning within the flexible packaging sector. The role focuses on cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure cost efficiency and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Cost Analysis & Control:

• Conduct detailed cost analysis for raw materials, production, and finished goods.
• Monitor and control production costs to align with budget guidelines.
• Identify and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining product quality.

✅ Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Prepare and manage cost budgets for projects and production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate financial forecasts.
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs and provide insights.

✅ Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare and present detailed cost reports to senior management.
• Maintain accurate cost data, pricing records, and financial analyses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Requirements:

📌 Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in costing, financial analysis, or similar roles.
• Experience in the flexible packaging or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
